Hi There! Welcome to Vision Lab!

This 4 month online group cohort experience is designed to support you in visualizing and creating a future that's aligned with your heart-led purpose.

Through this program blending visualization, strategy and the joyful energy of a bubble machine, you'll tune into your future vision, create a 90-day plan that’s rooted in what lights you up, work to expand through limiting beliefs, and tap into your intuition as you carry your aligned vision into your reality.

Inside Vision Lab: Here’s what we’ll cover together!

  • Your Kick-off Visualization Workshop: Tune into a vivid picture of your aligned future and goals.

  • Creating your joy-rooted 90-Day Action Plan: Break down your vision into actionable steps based in a positive psychology framework.

  • Intuition Development: Engage in activities to deepen your inner-knowing and wisdom to help guide you in bringing your vision to life.

  • Awesome Community: Grow alongside a cohort group of supportive, like-minded individuals who share your journey via 2x month group zoom sessions

  • Expanding Your Growth Mindset: Cultivate a mindset that embraces your strengths and possibility. In each group call we’ll work through activities centered around expanding through limiting beliefs and stretching our embodiment of new levels of success.
