Often, when we’re honest with our hearts and quiet our minds, we can intuitively feel that interwoven intuitive connection.

Maybe it comes as a “gut” feeling, vivid dreams, goosebumps, or through synchronicities you experience in numbers or in nature.

Rooted in quantum physics, some people call intuition a super power. Some people call it woo.

Regardless of what you call it, sessions can help you connect with that abundance of information to support you in your daily life more fully.

Many people book sessions a few times a year as part of their business project or life planning support.
Others book a session to connect with loved-ones.
Others book a session as part of their healing and personal growth journey. They share it supports them to gain more clarity about blocks they’re ready to release and steps to take into their next level of personal expansion.
Others book to understand guidance on how they can more fully connect with their own intuitive abilities.
It’s an honor supporting these reasons and many others too.
~Your session is around an hour long. It can be in-person near Downtown Knoxville, TN or virtually over zoom.
~People have shared it’s like an intuitive counseling session meets a chat with a good friend for them. Nurturing, expansive, and fun. I’m really honored by this.
~We each have a support team beyond what we can often let our naked eyes see. In our session we’ll connect to your team such as your ancestors, guides, advisors, or general energetic information from your highest-self. I’ll translate responses, to the best of my abilities, from them to you.
~The information can come through in a lot of different ways, meeting each client where they are. For example it can range from complex symbols, visuals, dream-like metaphors, deep knowings and direct conversations with clear action steps or a freaking book outline (actually happened in one session! It was so cool.)
~No promises are ever made of what specific information will come through in a session. Intention is set to invite the information that aligns with the client’s highest vibration and highest-self.
~So far, after over 200 or so sessions, the information continues to be deeply rooted in love and compassion. Each time clear visuals and energetic information keeps being shown, so I’ll keep showing up for it and you. It’s truly an honor.
I recommend taking some quiet time to reflect on what your desired focus is for your session. Join the session with that, along with a curious heart, and permission to have fun too if you’d like. :)
It’s about supporting you, so ask any questions that resonate most for you at that given time. It’s also ok if you don’t have any questions either. People often share, “I’m open to what is coming through for me from my highest-self. Let’s start there.”
If questions are desired, here are a few examples of what people have asked if supportive as thought-starters:
“How can I connect more fully with my own intuitive abilities?”
“I’d like to connect with a family member-can we ask them to visit during our session?”
“Is anything being shared on my career shift?”
“Is there any guidance being shared on my soul/life purpose?”
“I keep seeing the numbers 17 and 52. Is there clarity around what that’s meaning for me?”
I also recommend leaving the rest of the day after your session open and spacious in your schedule if possible. This allows your sessions’ insights to more fully integrate in a free nurturing way as insights can often come to people long after their session is complete.
